Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy
Psychotherapy
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, seeking deeper connections as a couple, or empowering teens to thrive, therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we can create a path toward the well-being you deserve.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy, often called couples therapy, is a form of counseling designed to help partners improve their relationship. It provides a safe space to address challenges like communication issues, conflicts, trust, or intimacy concerns. The goal is to foster understanding, resolve conflicts, and strengthen the bond between partners
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma-informed psychotherapy is an approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma on individuals and integrates this understanding into the therapeutic process. I focus on understanding my client’s trauma experiences and use technniques that avoid retraumatization while fostering healing and resilience.
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescent therapy is a specialized form of counseling aimed at supporting teenagers as they navigate the challenges of adolescence.
Compassion Fatigue, Burnout & Moral Injury
Professionals in high-stress roles often face exhaustion across physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions due to prolonged stress. Witnessing or experiencing events that conflict with their ethical values can lead to guilt, shame, or betrayal. Targeted interventions aim to help reconcile these experiences, fostering resilience and guiding clients toward a stronger sense of self.
